Location Compatibility
The Simple Motion Sensor Switch can only be installed in single pole locations, meaning one switch controls the light. The Motion Sensor Switch will not work in a multiway like a hallway.

Motion Sensor Common Troubleshooting

| Motion Sensor turns on when no one is in the room | In less than 0.3% of homes, the Motion Sensor may trigger by electrical noise in the wires from other appliances. Reach out to Support for a replacement. |
| Motion Sensor stays on too long or too short | Check the settings on the Motion Sensor Switch - adjustment to your personal preference may be needed. Settings information can be found here. |
