Knowing what firmware version is on your Smart Switches or Smart Dimmers can be helpful in figuring out potential issues.
How to Check Firmware Version
- Press the gear button on My Home in the Deako app
- Select Edit
- Choose the switch by selecting the pencil icon next to it
- Press the i icon
- From there, you'll be able to see the firmware version
