Smart Plug Installation
The Deako Smart Plug can only be added into the Deako app after a Smart Switch has been added. This is so that Smart Switch can act as the Bridge.
Smart Plug isn't Connecting to Deako App
- Ensure the Smart Plug is a Deako Smart Plug. Many times, the Smart Plug installed in your home may be a different brand, which isn't supported inside the Deako App. Deako will be stated on the front of the unit, and the plugin on the side of the box.
- Make sure bluetooth and location is turned on for the Deako App.
- Factory reset the Smart Plug by pressing and holding the side button.
