Troubleshooting your Simple Dimmer
- In single-pole circuits (i.e. the Simple Dimmer is the only switch controlling the light):
- Slide the brightness slider all the way up to ensure it's not simply dimmed too low.
- Try the Simple Dimmer on a few different lights to rule out any wiring issues.

- In multi-way circuits (i.e. multiple switches controlling the light):
- Slide the brightness slider all the way up to ensure it's not simply dimmed too low.
- Try the Simple Dimmer on a few different lights to rule out any wiring issues.
- Ensure that you're only using one Simple Dimmer, and that all other switches controlling this light are 3-and-4-way Simple Rocker Switches.
- If three or more switches control the light, the Simple Dimmer must be in the first (Line) or last (Load) position in the circuit. If you don't know which that is, try it in a few locations!
