There may be a few reasons why when logging into the account, the devices aren't there.
Check the email address used
Commonly, the wrong email address was used and a new profile was accidentally created. Try logging into Deako with a different email address.
A New Home was Created
Navigate in the Deako app to 'Me', then 'Change home'. The switches may be listed under another home.
