Can't Find Order After Delivery
- If the notification states delivered but you don't see the package, wait a day or so. With new constructed neighborhoods, it may have gotten delivered to another address by mistake.
- Check 'hiding' spots like behind bushes or on chairs.
- Contact the carrier to see if they have additional information on the delivery.
- Reach out to Deako Support so we can assist with tracking the shipment or steps for a replacement to be sent out.
Order Delivered to Wrong Address
- Contact Deako Support if you recently placed the order and find the address is wrong. We'll try to help route it to the correct address.
- If that doesn't help, Deako Support will assist in making sure you get your order.
